URL tracking and hiding

I have downloaded a php scripts which tracks URL and redirect it. I want redirection not static pages. The script is available to download below as attachment.

Inspite of getting it correctly istalled I am getting the problem:

Please solve the problem.

Moreover I want snippet of code which when select dop down box i.e. go?country=usa displays Clickable names of newspapers which I have in database alongwith urls and their introduction in front of them.

I have tried a lot but failed to do so.

simple: you have an error in your code. thats why the redirection wont occur.

try to remove these lines and run it...
so we can see what will happen.
