how to get current user info from ldap

this should work only inside our domain, so i think it could be possible
here's what i want to do:
1) person logs on workstation (win)
2) opens webpage, and then we want to know who the user is.. by using php.

... i have no idea how to do this 🙁
i have full access to ldap (connection is ok), but i don't know how to get current user. i get all information that i need if i use HC username.

web pages are built to be anonymous - so there is no simple way of doing this (maybe no way at all)

the only thing i can think of is to get the clients ip and use directory services (if you are on a windows server) to lookup that computer

there is no tie-in between who's browsing a page and ldap tho

i'm able to install some component for client, if that help to define who client is ... dodn't know how to do that
