phpsuexec

Hi. On the particular server that I am on, phpsuexec is enabled/installed or w/e...

Apparently, this would prevent PHP from being able to authenticate usernames and passwords with the htaccess dialog box.

I have installed PHPmyadmin (with the authentication method set as http) as well as written my own scripts and I cannot authenticate at all

Any help will greatly be recieved.

I hate to state the obvious, but I would complain to the host and if they will not turn it off for you, get a new host. There really is no other wat around this other than changing your authentication methods...
