Nochex APC Implementation

Hi,

I need to sort out nochex on my site but am having problems implementing their APC system.

I have attached my authorisation page.

Here is the error that I am getting:

Warning: fgets(): SSL: fatal protocol error in /...path_to_root.../nochexauth.php on line 12
