Thumbnails Without GD/Imagemagick

Hello,

I want to ask is there any script that can make thumbnails of images, resize images and add watermark to images without the use of any modules (no image::magick and gd).

hehe, unless you want to learn the img format and write a script that does the minipulations bit by bit..... you're pretty much out of luck.... unless you dont mind doing it off the website.... IE on your home PC somehow...
