BACK problem

Hi,
a newbie question:
I go to a phpp page via a url like:
www.somewhere.com/page1.php?add=yes&itemnum=222
if I click on "back" button in the resulting page, I get another item added to my cart because it executes the add=yes&itemnum=222 again.
How can I avoid this?

1) could use post instead of get
2) could add unique identifier, and if unique identifier is called again do not preform action
3) download a prebuilt shopping cart system 🙂

1. How can I use POST instead of GET when redirecting to another URL? I thought POST is through using forms. Can I POST a set of variables without using forms?
2. Can you elaborate on using "unique identifier"?

I am almost doen with the cart, so downloading a pre-built shopping cart and customizing it, at this stage, is not really an option for me. However, if you know of some downloadable carts that you think are worthwhile, I would appreciate it.
