Date problems

hi, i know this is a really easy question to answer but i cant spend any more time on it...for the life of me i cant seem to figure out how to add 3 hours to the time returned in date()...here is the format i want...

date("F j, Y @ g:i:sA");

all i want to do is add 3 hours to this time. thanks
