Mediumblob and Longblod

Hello,
I just want to get somethings strainght about medium an longblob datatypes.

Is it true that nothing over 16MB should be stored in mediumblobs? and how big a filesize can longblob accommodate.

I'm trying to upload a clip with a size 35MB which blobtype should i use?

What database is this in reference to?

Name AND version are nice to know when answering these things. might wanna even put it in the title, so people browsing threads with knowledge of that database / version are more likely to click and answer.
