Weird error message poping up

As I am running my code I suddenly find the following error:

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:

Very uninformative. What should I do to find the source?

Check your error logs or change php.ini to do error logging to a file, so you can see what is happening.
You are probably sending a warning or notice before the headers.
