HTACCESS Rewrite - one domain to another?

Sorry to post this non-php on PHP Builder, but this is the best place to get web advice!

I am trying to get HTACCESS to do something:

RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /

RewriteRule ^(.+) http://www.proxy.com/p.php?u=$1 [R,L]
RewriteRule ^.htaccess$ - [F]

So if you are to load the page:

http://www.sexy.net/testpage.html

the rewrite rule forces it to go here:

http://www.proxy.com/p.php?u=testpage.html

So, pretty good so far, but what is missing is the host URL of the "sexytestdomain.net". In other words, I'd like to get it to read:

http://www.proxy.com/p.php?u=www.sexy.net/testpage.html

Anyone know what rewrite rule will accomplish that? I think it has something to do with %{REMOTE_ADDR} variable, but I am so bad at HTACCESS that it would probably take me two weeks to figure out. 🙂
