I wouldn't exactly call it great, in fact, it's really rather plain and the over use of tables in the html isn't very good. The colour scheme is ... well ... there isn't one really. If your offended by my crotocism I wouldn't worry; this is a job posting and will therefore probably be modded fairly quickly.

That site doesnt 'look' finished.. as the other poster mentioned there is no color scheme.. no design 'full stop' (period) me thinks 😃
