Call by giving num a value of a UK Landline telephone number ie script.php?num=01234567890 and this well echo the town where that phone line terminates.

flakey code but a two min fix using data from oftel.gov.uk to see where people are on my missed calls list are and to identify strange numbers that call my personal line.
i know it can be coded better but works and might be of use to somone
