what is faster: "array_push()" of "$myarray[] = " ???

Hello 2gether,

here an maybe trivial question, but I am very interrested to know, where is the difference between

array_push($myarray, "texttext");

and

$myarray[] = "testtext";

Are there any performance advantages? Maybe it is just a question of private taste, isn't it?
