Searching for best match in DB

Hi,

I have enties like weather and rainyweather in my DB.
When I start a DB request like this: SELECT * FROM table WHERE text LIKE '%weather%' always rainyweather will be found, because this was entered first into the DB.

How do can I search for the best match? I.e. the found entry should be weather, and if weather not exists, it shoud be rainyweather ....

You can create two different sql statements:

First statement to select weather, query the result and count the records. If 0 records then select the rainyweather records.
