[Resolved] Bar Graph Method - is this the fastest way to achieve it?

say i have a 1px wide image possibly 20px
if i get the percentage of the results. would it be best to use a for loop?

for($i=0;$i<$percentage;$i++) {
   echo "<img src='bargraph.jpg'>";
}

or would it be best to use GD to create an image with the percentage = pixel width?

I would just use the percent as the width attribute.

But then, if the background is a plain colour, then why use a JPEG?

(and the &amp;nbsp;s are there only to keep IE happy - it should work without them, but on IE it doesn't). That's just an off-the-cuff thing - with a bit more planning it might start looking acceptable 🙂
