PHP to convert mp3 to swf?

does anyone know of any PHP projects that can convert an MP3 file into Macromedia Flash (SWF) format?

cool! that does look kinda like what i'm after. do you have to echo it right out to the user or can you save it to disk? flash movies stream anyway.

also, it doesn't look like you can set the bitrate of the resulting SWF...it's constrained to that of the original MP3.

looks pretty cool though.
