Suggested PHP Editor for MySql

Any suggestions for a PHP IDE that has a provision/methodology for looking into MySql databases and pulling field names and the like?

Have looked at PHPEd, but it is rather expensive.

WinSyntax is pretty good and its free! i use Dreamweaver its so damn good for PHP and MySQL Dev

Have tried to use dreamweaver, its too clunky for me. All that extra code shrewn everywhere.... I even own MX2004 but dont use it.

I use notepad, or the original homesite more often than not. True WYSIWYGS are more trouble for me than they are worth.

Am just looking for a tool that allows me to drag-n-drop datafields and the link into the code area. Will look at winsyntax though.
