Looking for a PHP or XML Weather Widget

Hi, I'm searching for a weather widget for my home page. Does anybody know of one that will output a feed something like:

<forecast>
  <date>30/2/2005</date>
  <mintemp>15</mintemp>
  <maxtemp>30</maxtemp>
  <general>Sunny</general>
</forecast>

Or some sort of feed that can be picked up by PHP? I live in Adelaide, South Australia.

Have you tried Blue Skies Unlimited? Their feed might be something you can play around with.

I'm confused. Is it free to use the XML feed?
