sending e-mail

Hi,

I have a trouble with sending an e-mail from the registration form:

1. The page, that should take variables from the previous page after SUBMIT button was clicked, for some reason does not display the sent information.
2. Email is not always send, and if it was sent with the missing data.

I've done it before and everything worked fine for me. I do not know what's wrong now.

Any ideas?
