I have tried installing php with both the installer an the zip.

I have set read execute permissions to the wwwroot folder and set the php.exe for .php in the configuration

When I tried to access a .php file i would get an acl access error. So I set read execute permissions to the php folder an now when i try to access a .php folder I get a 400 bad request

which type of install did you do first, ive heard of events where the zip screws up your future exe installs, you might want to clean some files up.

did you allow php in the web services folder?
