I'm writing this online booking system for a reservation center in Algarve/Portugal.
This can get pretty complicated if you consider (season dates, prices, room-types, guest-types,dicounts, etc...).
I'd like to know if anyone could indicate a good tutorial,articel, forum thread,script, whatever.

I dont think you will find one tutorial or article which 'does it all' and explains the lot for you (& may explain why you have not had many replies back yet).
Unless you use a ready made script you'll need to learn php and a database package fairly well for this and take tutorials for the different parts involved. eg how to setup the database, how to create a login for the site, how to add items/dates to the booking facility.
Try Hotscripts.com for examples of what has been done already in this area.
Yeah, i think i wont find that all in one script,tutorial.
I've been searching for hours and haven't found anything close!
I guess it's a bit too specific for some freeware script.

There are several hotel reservation systems on freshmeat.net; search for "reservation."
phpMyHotels appears to be written by some Italian programmers, and may be "friendly" to translation into Portuguese.
