How to oblige the Explorer to reactualize the called page

I have developped an application (pHP,MYSQL,APACHE) used from a WIFI PDA which is connected to the site via a server APACHE on a PC.

My problem is that the PDA's Explorer don't actualize the page already called and it is not very good because the data are not with the good values ....

Can I force the EXplorer to go until the server Apache at every page called.

The explorer is NETFRONT 3.1
