PHP to database

Hi,

I have a very basic understanding of php and I would like some help!!

I am wanting to design a form so that we can perform a survey within our business. This is fine. I need to send the data to several email addresses at once - this is also fine!

My challenge is that I need to also collate the info in some sort of database, preferably online.

My host supports php and I have a database as part of my package.

Can someone please help me get this sorted?

If your knowledge of PHP is limited, one thing you might consider is finding an open-source script that is close to what you need and then customizing it to do exactly what you want.
