credit card validating

hi,
I'm doing a demo for a site, and wondering if anybody has a php and html file that will allow me to do a basic validation on a credit card? i want to use a submit button to submit the information on a basic registration form....... if you can help, please do....

By basic validation, I'm assuming that you mean validation on the number format to see whether the number entered matches the card type chosen (i.e. Visa, Switch etc)
