Does anyone know of any free scripts or tutorials that can help me with the following.
What I am after is a Contact Form for my website, that allows the Name, Email Address, and a tick box the allows them to sign up to Site Update/Mailing List. to go into a mysql database and then it gets emailed to me with the same information and the comments that they have written.
