problem with sessions on homepage

i have these two errors when previewing my homepage think its to do with the php.ini file but not sure. hope someone can help.

yeah, the session.set_save_path is in php.ini - go find that, and enter a path that exists on your system.

if your using windows, enter it like so

session.save_path="C:\temp"

you've dug me out of a hole that has caused me grief for last 3 hours.

do you know anything about online polls in php as im trying to develop a simple one of those but struggling.
