I have an image that is updated every 15 minutes. The image is of a map and all that changes is locations of certain things on the map. However around the map has a legend and a title and a bunch of other stuff I don't want. The image is of type gif.
Is there so way, using include, file, some other php function or even some other language where I can say go to this image and just take from coordinates x,y; x,y; x,y; x,y;?
