Parse THIS?

I need to parse the following and I am having all sorts of trouble figuring it out.

FLORIDA MARLINS INJURY REPORT

Pos Player Injury Status

---

RHP A.J. Burnett Right elbow 15-day DL (4/3)
RHP Tim Spooneybarger Right elbow 60-day DL (4/3)

I need to take the above and put it into a SQL database using the following fields...

Pos
Player
Injury
Status

Is this possible using PHP and can anybody give me some direction? Thanks in advance for any help.

PS... The above does not format very well but each colum and row is always in the same place on the page.

you could try substr() http://uk.php.net/manual/en/function.substr.php

would need to work out the position correctly might take a few goes

or if there are large spaces you could try explode

eg
with Tab
$bits=explode("\t",$line);

with three spaces

$bits=explode(" ",$line); //has 3 spaces but wont fomat

then all you would need to do is trim each bit
