Got the idea of this from a discussion was having with colleagues...
If you could do anything in the world, what would that be?
For me, it's to own a cocktail bar. None of your Old Orleans-type thing (no offence to anyone who works there), I'm talking "not allowed in unless you're wearing a shirt and smart trousers", the type that doesn't have bouncers, but people who are mingling with the "guests" and who don't stand out as bouncers (there must be some of them out there... somewhere).
Oh, and before anyone comments about wanting to be Tom Cruise, I wouldn't be behind the bar... I'd be in front of it drinking and mingling 😃
