I need help with this code. It's not selecting DISTINCT, it displays it twice if there are two listings.

$sql = "SELECT DISTINCT propert_id FROM open_house INNER JOIN Listings ON Listings.id = open_house.propert_id WHERE open_date>='$date_today' ORDER BY Listings.price,open_house.open_date,open_house.24hr_time ASC";

I think you may want to select distinct on the Listings.ID field

SELECT DISTINCT Listings.id FROM open_house INNER JOIN Listings ON Listings.id
