RollOver Button (onMouseOut) Event

I am running OsCommerce on my local machine . I am running Windows XP. PHP 4.3.0.

I am trying to add rollover buttons with onmouse events.

I have created a new button in Macromedia Firework MX and then exported it as HTML and Images Only with the Export Slices option set.
Namely
button_continue and button_continue_f2

Then I opened the button_continue.htm in Macromedia Dreamweaver MX and then copied the source code.

I added the script code in the header.php
file

This is the orginial code for the continue button

I have changed it to

But when i refresh i get a blank page.

I dont know how to set the onMouseOut event.

I dont know If i need to change or add something in html_output.php under catalog/includes/functions/ direcotroy
