HEEEELLLLP!!!! - File Uploader problems

I have written a file uploader. It works great with everything. You can run it in any browser on a PC, Mac, Linux whatever....

Except for a cable. IT times out on files over 2MB. Any other connection will upload over 2MB. (T1, ISDN, DSL, even dialup)

Has anyone incountered this problem?

Well check your PHP.ini file or do a phpinfo() if you do not have access to check the maximum file size for an upload most hosts will set it to 2mb because it will put a bit of load on the server, and because its also set as default in the php.ini to start with.

I forgot to put in the obvious things. I have increased the upload_max_filesize to 5MB, the post_max_size is 8MB, and the memory_limit is also 8MB.

I have tested the upload from a Windows 98 & XP, a Mac running version 8 and a Linux box on dialup and it uploads completely except for systems on a cable connection?

I am thinking that they possibly have limited upload filesize of their customers?
