In PHP, you can create classes and object, but what I do not undertand is how can you have a link like the one below:
http://us.f103.mail.yahoo.com/ym/ShowLetter?MsgId=4961_321386_21096_127_927_0_14915_1854_1245020269&YY=84325&inc=25&order=down&sort=date&pos=0&view=&head=&box=Inbox
It has a question mark, and a bunch of "&" signs. Can anyone tell me the use of this, and under what section of PHP is this called. It seems hotmail and ytahoo mail use it alot. I just want to be familar with it.
Thank you, Mike
From what i know, Yahoo and Hotmail use ASP, and since im a n00b at php, i have no clue if it can be done in PHP.
You're talking about GET variables they're name value pairs which can be retrieved through the $GET array. EG www.mysite.com/page.php?var=me in page.php you could access the variable var using the $GET array as follows.
echo($_GET['var']); //echoes "me"
