Circular iFrames

Hey guys how's it going 🆒 Well I know this isn't an HTML forum, but I figured there's probably someone around here that can help 🙂. I've searched google using many many different phrases, only to find one to my liking (sorta...). What I'm trying to accomplish is a circular iFrame. I want it to be able to display PHP-generated content, which of course isn't the issue. Now back to that google result. The page I found was a review for another page that was using a circular iFrame, but when I clicked the link it was dead :mad:. So I know it's possible as I saw a screenshot of the site. So my question is, does anyone know how or have any good links on how this can be accomplished? Please no regular iFrame tutorials as I've read plenty and those are simple to find. Any help is appreciated 😉

Personally I've never heard of a circular iframe - curved <div>s I have, though, and a bit of Javascript and DOM could fill them in.

I was wondering how stuff gets displayed in a circular iframe? The content is wrapped to fit in the circle (and how do you scroll?) or the frame contents show through a circular hole?

Well the thing is I only saw a screenshot of the site so I too wonder how the content was displayed. The critique of the site, however, had said "I like the use of your circular iFrames" which led me to believe that it was possible. So I could be wrong about the whole thing. BTW thanks for that link weedpacket. Do you have the link for the curved <div>'s? What I'm doing doesn't require curved iFrames just some text inside of a circle. Again thanks for any help 😉

Theres no support for curved things in HTML. The only solutions are images (as the above link), Flash, or SVG.. but they're all hacks more than actual circles.

Unless someone has written a plugin I've not heard about.

Althought the problem with that is that everyone who visited your site would have to have the plugin installed

Well thanks for all the insigth guys 😉. What I did end up doing is creating circular images then slicing them up in ImageReady 🙂.
