hi, i'm (tying to make) a selection system.
the result of one dropdown form causes another dropdown list depending on the previous dropdown.
the final result comes through 5 dropdowns.

how do i make this happen?

eg. 1st dropdown: select car
2nd dropdown select type of car
3rd dropdown select engine from car, type
etc

You either need to build five different pages and carry forward your selection from the previous pages to help build the current page, or you need to use some client side programming (javascript) to build dynamic drop down boxes.
