I am building a quick and easy FAQ manager and the user would like the ability to link to documents they have uploaded through another tool I created. The trick is, they would like to be able to produce the following:

text here text here text here.. link to PDF doc here.. text here text here text here

The old way I used to do this was use a text area, then a drop down list of documents, then another text area, and on we go. This obviously is not a smart way to do this and i was wondering if anyone had any other thoughts? BTW: These people have 0 computer ability and telling them to type in <a href="uploads/blah.pdf">Click here</a> would be catastrophic.. 🙁

You could use something like Spaw to upload the document (instead of image as default) and insert into the "textbox". The only downside is that it uses javascript.
