Calling php script into a table?

im trying to make a table divided into 5 parts one for a head banner, footer, and 2 sides, with a big table in the center. What i need to know is if their is a way to pull a php script into this center tabel, if some one was to click a link not on that part of the tabel. Almost as like if i was using a frame.

any help would be great.

I read down this i dont think this is waht im looking for, reading it more, i think my question should have been phrased diffrent.

More like if i have a 2 column table with a URL in one column, can i call the URL page into the second empty column. like you could do with frames.
