Is there a good script, or even Java app out there that would allow people to upload images, resize, crop, and roate them? I am building a membership directory where users need to upload their own photos. Since it's pretty low budget, we can't have someone do it for them.

Anything works, doesn't have to be free, but it would help.

    you can get free php scripts on your requirement in sourceforge.net and hotscripts.com sites.

    the installation of the scripts is also easy.

    u can use the copper mine script also.
