what cause access violation error??

when i finished a programme,it works fine on my computer(win32 + apache2.0.47 + php4.3.3)
but when i put them on the server(win32+iis5.0+php4.3.1),it often shows

PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 0155945A

if i refresh this page several times,it will work fine.
but there is no error in the codes,i dont know why,what caused this error??

Somewhere, there is a problem with accessing memory.

i search an answer for this question ,some says

To solve this problem, inspect your php.ini, some paths variables like
upload_tmp_dir or session_save_path and others, must be configured to
use directories with write permissios for the http user.

but I think if this is the reason ,i will not run other programme regularly,but I can run other php programme except the programme written by me
