Karma/Reputation System?

im looking for some kind of complete karma system for a blog.
the difference is, i want it to be at the top of the page, as opposed to a rate this entry kinda thing. i want the karma idea to be a rating of the overall me, as opposed to the rating of what ive posted daily.

another speedbump is that i dont have immediate access to mySQL.

so pretty much, i would like it to look somewhat like this...

Karma Level:
- 50% +

Click to leave me karma.

that would be somwhere on the page, placement doesnt matter.

i would love if there was a tutorial somewhere, because i am very new to php, which is why i cant write this myself. this would be a great learning experience, if there was a site/person who could walk me through this. if someone could show me how to do it, or direct me to a tutorial, that would be amazing.

of course, ill take just the script also...

definitely some big credit going to any one who helps...
