I have created a form for my website so users can comment on my site, and also get news on the latest site updates and stuff like that.
What I am after is instead of having to forms one for the contacts and the other for the mailing list I would like to combine them together, if the user wants to sign up to the news letter they put a tick in a box and then the Name of the user and email address gets put into a mysql database.
But I also want it to come to my email as well so I can read the comments, can people help me out, I can create a Mysql Database and Form Feedback, but I don't know how to combine them together.
