IIS Errors... please help

IIS / php ISAPI filter

I installed PHP manually and everything is working great except for the PHP debugging messages... they are gone 🙁

All I get is a blank page...

Is there a setting inside the php.ini file I need to change? I tried a couple but they didn't work...

yes be sure that display_errors is set to 1 and error_reporting has a value that outputs errors, something like E_ALL will display all errors and warnings while E_PARSE | E_ERROR will only report fatal errors.
