onLinkz is a software to store your favorites links on the internet, that avoids losing them in the event of computer's problems.
With onLinkz you can see your links anytime and everywhere, therefore if you travel or want to show one of your link to a friend it is very useful.

After you have created your account using the link "Create New Account", you will have access to a navigation menu where you will be able to see your links, to add more, to erase some and to change their settings, there is even an option to view a printable version of your links for backup or to bring them with you.
All the information you provide when you create a new account can be changed in the navigation menu of your onLinkz account.

onLinkz is a software written in PHP/MySQL.

doesn't work...can't login from a mac...perhaps it works on pc's for some reason...

i'm assuming you have some easy way for people to insert links into the database other than actually visiting the page...you might check out how kinja does this if you don't have something setup...

additionally, i believe this can be done on pc's, but on my mac i can insert javascript into my bookmarks so i can perform functions straight from a browser...like if i'm on a page that i want to send to a friend i just click the bookmark, it grabs the url and opens my email app with the url already there...v

When I try to login nothing happens. Unless something does happen and I just don't notice 😕

And I am on a PC so I guess Mac's and PC don't work.

A kid changed the demo's password, that's why you had problem to log in, try again it will work 🙂, if someone change the demo's password again(because you have the right, it's a real account and you can change your password) just create you own account it's free! 🙂

this looks like a fine thing...but, i have some constructive criticisms...

adding is too difficult...check my previous post about "bookmarklets"...in general, i don't think a user should have to visit the site to insert a new bookmark...just have a popup that grabs the page information and the page title...then the user can either change the entries plus do categorizations (if they want)...

you should add the option (which you could also make available through another postlet) to allow people to create a popup window with the links list. then, when clicked they would refresh the parent window instead of opening up new windows...

what's with that logo? and i won't even comment on the interface...

printing them is nice, but why? why not have an exportable list that could be imported back into browsers?

sharing...why not setup a feature where people could share lists ( "sharelets" ?) that could possible be specific to certain topics...like a sharelet of php forums or php blogs, etc...obviously people would have the option to share or not to share...

which brings up an idea of categorization and such...what if people want to categorize and subcategorize their links?

moving, changing and deleting links...this could be done better...people really should not need to know id numbers to do these kinds of things...
