Integrate Developement Environment

I'm looking for a good IDE to write code with. Right now I have an open source script that has classes and functions that are includes nested inside includes. I'm trying to unravel the application but it's taking forever.

I'd like an IDE where I can say right click on a function call and it will take me to the function so I can review it then go back to the main source I'm working on. Also the same would be nice for vARIABLES.

Right now I'm using Dreamweaver MX 2004. For the most part I like it except it seems like Macromedia's PHP support is a second class citizen.

Thanks for any suggestions. (Win and Linux software only. Pref. Windows right now)

You are an extremely long way away from being the first person to ask "what editor should I use?"
