Image cropping

i want to let php crop an image so not resizing, but just cutting to a certain size, this cud be random or just always the same part, but i really don't know if it's even possible, i have seen a lot of ways resizing but never cropping...

so i wud be very greatful if anyone could help me... 🙂

You'll need to create a second image and copy the section you 'cropping' to into it. If that makes sense...
