I did not mean to start any controversy over my post. I thought asking for some programming help would be acceptable in a PHP HELP forum. Yes, I am a one person business running an e-commerce site and wanted to find a good progammer to help me out with a few things. I think it is really sad that people have the time to respond to my post with so much negativity. If you're not able to help me than fine, but don't reply just for the sake of being heard. Find another forum!

This is a PHP help forum as you said, not a job posting site. It says in the TOS not to post job listings. So, if you dont like all the reply's your getting, then you should follow your own advice and:
