Hi Guys,
Desperate need for script controlling table full of tick boxes.
Rules
1) Student can only check one box in row. If any others are checked in row turn them off.
2) Student can only choose one long session OR two short sessions in column (in time period - Tuesday morning say). If student checks a long session then uncheck any short sessions
and vice versa.
Tried referencing via [0][0] array. Then tried splitting into column1 (long)column2 (short)column3(short). Got rule 2 above OK.
Thought about finding more then one checked in a row by comparing a genric part of value eg where Tues_lecture1, Wed_lecture1 explode and compare to find where lecture1=lecture1.......
Started loosing it . Now v. late. v. tired. need solution for Monday but running out of time to focus on this.....any guidance appreciated, please?
