Dont know if this is the righ tboard, if not I appologize. I just recently purchased a new script, a dating service, from a company. I get it, install it on my server, find out it needs zend optimizer to run.
So I write to my hosting folks, since I pay for a dedicated server, nearly $300 a month, asking thm nicely to install the program for me real quick since I read the instructions and it seems pretty simple.
I get a reply back no, they're busy isntalling their new control panel and don't have time mabye later.
Now to say the least Im pretty angry, I've got a new $250 piece of software I can't access.
So is there anything I can do? I obviously can't install zend opitimizer sicne my onyl accesss to the server is FTP. is there anyway to get it to run without?
Or is my only option to find another host at this point?
