fputs() problem after inalling PHP 4.3.6

Hi all,

I've installed PHP 4.3.6 and I have a script where I write stuff to a textfile. This will work online but not on my computer (IIS 4 installed). It seems that I don't have the permission to write to textfiles. Is there a finetuning of the PHP.INI ?
