parssing of html page

Hi folks,
How can i parse the html page in our PHP file.
PROBLEM DOMAIN:-
Actually i want to show the weather report on our PHP page. So I
have given some link like
Http://www.weather.com. now i want to parse the returned HTML page and after parsing wanna to store the relative information in my database.
So how can I parse that returned HTML Page in my PHP file.

Doubt anyone is going to help you rip off www.weather.com's content. Why not use their free Weather on Your Web Site feature instead?

Sorry dear, I Know How to Use the free service of any web service

provider. This is not the technical answer of my Question, U should go through my
question again.
I am asking How can I receive the responded form and How can I parse that form for storing that value in our database to access further. Is there any solution of my question?

Actually I am not going to retreive the value from any copyrighted site. I wrote http://www.weathor.com as an example.
